#8987: Public Feedback Link - Ability to Rename the Title

For those organisation's using the ionMy public feedback functionality, this enhancement gives you the ability to rename the feature. 

System Administrator Navigation Pathway: My Settings > App Settings > Feedback App (Note: may be labelled Portal in your database)

A new field 'Page Title' is available in the feedback app configuration area that allows you to modify the naming convention displayed in the public feedback landing page. If left blank the title will reflect that of your Feedback module within the core ionMy system.

System Administrators can adjust the name of this function by inputting the desired name into the 'Page Title' field in the Feedback App settings area and selecting the save button. 

If changes are made to the name of this function, they will take effect immediately and be visible on the public feedback landing page.
